Put a little Pink in your Pork

The FDA has now recognized that it really is OK to have a little pink in your pork.  It has changed its recommended cooking temperature of pork to 145*.  Most restaurants have been doing this for years.

Fixing fence???

Well we got the corn in, then it started to rain so we fixed fence today to get ready for the biological pest control team(sheep).  They will be delivered next week. Max and bryant are putting up panel in this picture.

Fun day at the track

Cousin Luke ran in the submit league championships Saturday so we went to watch.  We had a good time and Luke did well.
